Our service begins with a detailed risk dialog in which we clarify the requirements of all parties involved in the construction project and define who must provide which insurance cover and by when. We design the insurance cover individually and competently based on the respective risk situation of the construction project. To this end, we identify potential hazards from environmental risks, land and soil or construction methods.
When awarding construction contracts, we take into account the construction method, possible contaminated sites, the building ground, existing buildings and evidence preservation procedures. Our contracts are drafted with careful consideration of the identified risks and feasibility on the insurance market. We ensure that all relevant aspects are included in the contracts, including sums insured, deductibles and first risk sums. The insurance premium can be spread over the construction period by means of a payment plan.
