Our extensive expertise in supporting and managing your insurance claims is also essential. Accidents occur on roads every minute. No two claims are the same and very often it is essential for our customers to get back on the road as quickly as possible in order to maintain operations. For this reason, we not only ensure that claims are settled quickly and professionally with the insurers, but have also entered into cooperation agreements with workshop networks for accident repairs, specialist glass companies, expert organizations and vehicle rental companies, for example.

Enforcement of claims for damages (ETL)

Since, as an insurance broker, we are not allowed to assert claims against the other party under the German Legal Services Act (RDG), we work together with ETL - Kanzlei Voigt Rechtsanwalts GmbH as a partner.

Ecclesia Mobility's refueling and charging offer gives our customers access to conventional and alternative fuels while benefiting from attractive discounts. They can also charge their electric vehicles nationwide and are offered a wide range of additional services, which are billed on a monthly collective invoice.

DKV fuel and charging card

With the DKV fuel card, our customers receive convenient and cost-effective services for their mobility. The range of services extends from cashless refueling and charging to the payment of tolls, ferries and parking fees as well as breakdown and workshop services, vehicle washing and tire services through to tax refund services. In addition, the mobility service provider also helps you to set up your own charging infrastructure - from needs analysis and hardware installation to simple billing of domestic electricity costs via the in-house customer portal.

If a fleet vehicle has been damaged and needs to go to the workshop, uncomplicated and fast help is required. Our workshop network offers numerous advantages here: Not only do the certified specialist workshops of our partners Junited Autoglas and riparo have a short response time and actively arrange an appointment with our Mobility customers within a few hours. In addition, all manufacturer specifications are taken into account during the repair and original spare parts or parts in OEM quality are used. During the repair, our customers receive a replacement vehicle free of charge - except in the case of stone chip repairs.

Minor damage such as scratches, dents or stone chips can be repaired inexpensively with Smart Repair. Our partner workshops in the LPS group of companies use patented repair techniques to improve the appearance of your vehicle while keeping costs low. Among other things, the so-called paint doctors work with a special painting technique that does not require the entire component, including the adjacent part, to be painted in order to avoid color differences.
