Ecclesia Group consolidates credit expertise in Ecclesia Credit GmbH
The merger of km credit consulting GmbH and CFG Finance GmbH into the newly formed Ecclesia Credit GmbH has now been completed. At the same time, the credit units of deas Deutsche Assekuranzmakler GmbH and the Schunck Group (both part of the Ecclesia Group) have been fully integrated into the new entity. This creates a strong team of more than 75 specialists covering the entire value chain in credit insurance, surety, Leasing, financing, and receivables management - all from a single source. Ecclesia Credit GmbH is part of the Specialty Division established last year under the leadership of Andrea Michalczyk-Schröder.
In recent years, the teams involved have already operated successfully under the common umbrella brand Ecclesia Credit. With the legal merger now completed, this brand is also given its own institutional framework. The integration creates additional synergies, fosters even closer collaboration, and enables client-specific solutions to be delivered more quickly and comprehensively.

Ecclesia Credit GmbH will continue to be led by an experienced and well-established management team. Jörg Kowalewski and Markus Moritz will retain overall responsibility for the management team and the credit business. For clients of Ecclesia Credit, the restructuring brings no changes to existing contracts. At the same time, they benefit from a single point of access for all credit-related topics and from an even stronger combination of specialization, flexibility, and responsiveness.
