Ecclesia Mobility - more than "just" insurance

The new Ecclesia Mobility Competence Center was launched at the beginning of this year. It is characterized by a comprehensive approach that goes far beyond the brokerage of suitable insurance policies. The so-called motor vehicle ecosystem encompasses not only the entire life cycle of a vehicle, but also the complete range of corporate mobility. The focus is on topics such as the fleet, feasibility studies, and alternative mobility and vehicle concepts.

Whether new mobility trends, alternative drives or maximizing savings potential – the challenges for companies in fleet management have never been greater than they are today. Cost efficiency plays a particularly important role here, as the fleet is one of the largest cost factors for companies. “Thanks to our Ecclesia Mobility ecosystem, our customers can achieve a wide range of savings in their operational mobility management that they would not be able to generate on their own,” explains Johanna Brinkmann, who heads the Ecclesia Mobility Competence Center. “Above all, the mobility transition, in particular electric mobility, presents companies with major challenges that they can successfully meet with our ecosystem.” The comprehensive service for sustainable and economical fleet management includes needs-based solutions that go far beyond traditional motor vehicle brokerage services. Not only can customers significantly reduce their costs and time by using innovative digital solutions such as ecfleet for the digital management of vehicle fleets. Ecclesia Mobility's services cover the entire life cycle of the vehicle – from procurement to operation and return of the fleet vehicles. Ecclesia Mobility works with strong partners who put together individual packages for customers and offer the best possible conditions.

Fleet management made easy

Professional fleet management requires a great deal of knowledge and skills to ensure successful administration and reap the corresponding benefits. That is why Ecclesia Mobility offers, among other things, an independent fleet cost analysis that identifies potential savings and provides customers with individual recommendations for action. In addition to ongoing fleet management, the procurement of company cars and pool vehicles is one of the most important tasks of fleet managers. However, since mobility today must not only be simple, but increasingly also sustainable, companies should not ignore the possibilities of electric mobility and the necessary charging infrastructure. In this area, Ecclesia Mobility works together with specialized partners. These include, for example, the full-service provider Lade.ZEIT, which ensures a fast and demand-oriented expansion of the electric charging infrastructure when companies electrify their fleets. In addition, Project Climate is available to assist our customers when the fundamental question is whether and how a fleet can be electrified.

The important area of daily vehicle operation is also fully covered. Not only do customers learn from an objective risk analysis what savings potential is still in their fleet in addition to procurement. In addition, the certified driver training ecdrive was developed especially for social institutions, in which drivers learn in theory and practice how they can save fuel in everyday operation and how accidents can be effectively avoided. Should an accident occur, Ecclesia Mobility supports its customers with professional vehicle claims management to quickly and easily claim for loss of use, depreciation and other costs from the other party involved in the accident. Workshop and tire services are also covered at special rates at A.T.U. and Euromaster. And with the DKV fuel card, customers can not only refuel and charge their vehicles without cash, but also take advantage of numerous services such as breakdown service, workshop services, vehicle washing, tire service and the settlement of tolls, ferries and parking fees. The portfolio is rounded off by extensive services that take effect when leased vehicles break down or are returned. These include return appraisals in cooperation with the automotive expert organization CarExpert, replacement vehicles while repairs are being carried out, and inexpensive repair services for minor damage such as scratches, dents or stone chips.
