Ecclesia Group expands its stake in British insurance broker Liva Partners Ltd.
Detmold – The Ecclesia Group has become the majority shareholder of LIVA Partners Ltd. as a result of a further investment round. The London-based broker specializes in transaction insurance (W&I). Ecclesia had already acquired a minority interest in 2021.
“The consolidation trend in our customers' markets will increase the demand for coverage solutions for corporate transactions in the coming years,” explains Jochen Körner, CEO of the Ecclesia Group. ”With LIVA, we as the Ecclesia Group are able to offer our customers the best possible solutions in these cases.”
LIVA offers various insurance solutions for risks that may arise in connection with a corporate transaction. “We have been working successfully with the Ecclesia Group since 2021 and have already implemented many projects together. We want to continue to grow and expand our market position. We are pleased to have the Ecclesia Group at our side as a long-term shareholder,” adds Clemens Kueppers, founder and shareholder of LIVA Partners Ltd. Alan Hands, also a founder and shareholder, will manage the day-to-day business of the London broker together with him.
In the context of the targeted growth course, LIVA has entered into an exclusive partnership with the French M&A insurance broker Kube M&A, which was founded by the experienced industry specialist Andras Haragovitch. LIVA is thus further expanding its international presence.
